I had a great experience working with Weinstein Construction on my California EBB (Earthquake Brace + Bolt) grant and seismic bracing project. From the beginning, they were extremely knowledgeable about the program and walked me through the entire process step by step. Weinstein Construction Corp did an excellent job replacing two exterior stairs, parts of the second-floor walkway/decking, and all the railings at my apartment building. I received 4 proposals, and I chose Weinstein Corp because the communication and attention to details for the proposal were very good. Mr. Weinstein met with me a couple of times to look at the project, he always responded right away to any of my phone calls. He was very detailed and paid great attention on what needed to be done, and he explained things very well. As the project started it was discovered that the walkway had extensive water damage which needed repair. This is where I am most happy, I hired Weinstein Corp. They knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the decking properly. The walkway required new joists, and extra support beam as well as two supporting steel posts in order to provide for better support. The engineer was brought in right away and provided the proper design drawings and extra permitting for the extra work. I am a hands-on person, and I like to know what is going on at all times and it was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Weinstein, his Forman Carlos, and all of his crew. I will definitely use them on future projects. I am very happy with the way everything came out.
